Director

Una Lorenzen is an Icelandic filmmaker living in Montreal, Canada. She received her MFA in experimental animation at California Institute of the Arts. Her films have traveled widely to  festivals  and  museums  including  SXSW,  New  York  City’ s  New  Museum  (Nordic Outbreak  2013),  Nordisk  Panorama,  Kro  Art  Gallery  Vienna,  Papaya  Gyro  Nights  Hong Kong, Unsound music festival Poland and Artforum online. 

 

HEATHER MILLARD

Co-Director/Producer

Heather is  an  experienced  producer  working  in  both  documentary  films  and  feature-films.  Her  productions  have  included  award-winning  feature-film ‘ Of  Good  Report’   (TIFF  2013, BFI  London  2013)  and  documentary  feature-films: ‘ YARN’   (SXSW  2015),   ‘ I  Want  to  be Weird’   (Nordisk  Panoram  2014), ‘ Trend  Beacons’   (CPH:DOX  2014), ‘ ASH’   (Thessaloniki Documentary  Festival  2013), ‘ Future  of  Hope’   (IDFA  2010).  Heather  has  been  producing feature  length  documentary  films,  hybrid  films  and  feature  films  since  2009  when  she  re-located to Iceland from the UK. Heather is currently in development with 2 feature films and in production with 3 feature documentaries and a hybrid feature.

Thordur  is  an  Icelandic  film  director/producer  working  in  documentaries,  features  and servicing. Thordur has co-produced the award winning feature film ‘ Of Good Report’  (2013 TIFF,  BFI  London),  co-directed  and  produced ‘ YARN’   (2016  SXSW)  and  is  currently  in post-production  on  a  hybrid  feature ‘ The  Wall’   and  documentary  film ‘ Eat,  Grow,  Love’ . Thordur regularly services international productions the film in Iceland, including the recent productions: BBC's ‘ Naomi’ s Nightmares of Nature’ , BBC’ s ‘ The Big Fish’  and projects for Red Bull TV and Maori Television in New Zealand.
